This seventy-five minute production takes you on a roller coaster ride as characters invite audience participation in song, dance, and story. The show makes you laugh, it makes you cry, but most of all…it makes you Think before you respond.

Though the term is tossed around loosely, in the media, “bullying” encapsulates so much of the adolescent experience. In an energetic play, we help to identify bullying in both subtle and aggressive forms. We present tools for tackling bullying­­ even when risking ‘coolness’ is at stake. Characters in the play are relatable and young audiences can readily visualize themselves. This production navigates the complexities of bullying. We explore how each individual has the capacity to bully and then propose substitute tools for dealing with both internal and peer conflict.

Don’t Bully Me, partners with concerned parents, educators, community leaders, and corporate partners, like you, to help build those positive environments in which kids thrive. Using the arts as our medium, we expose children to important tools and techniques for creating a safe personal environment in the presence of bullying.
